Make sure to have access to a
restroom [preferably a comfortable one], especially
approximately four hours after ingestion.

Use lemons to suck on or the
juice of lemons to drink as necessary to keep from
regurgitating.

Approximately 6 – 8 hours later
you may have approximately three rapid bowel movements. If
you have gallstones, expect to see small green pea looking
like items in your stool. There may be other things
present in your stool, do not be alarmed. If it came out
that means it was not attached. Follow instructions on

Continue taking two CKLS
capsules daily from the second day through the end of your
cleanse, along with 80% raw fruits and

continue the 80% raw diet and have a
